Whether it’s a simple crown, a bridge or a more complex implant, all of our temporary prostheses are manufactured using machining technology. Primary, diagnostic and unitary pieces are scanned and overlaid to direct us properly through the targeted space.
Virtual images can be provided to you to support decision-making based on aesthetics and functionality. Following approval, we use PMMA discs that are by far more compact, more uniform and more durable than traditional baked acrylic. Once it has been machined, the piece undergoes pre-polishing and a glaze is applied to the surface for a glossy mirror effect. All of our implants are built with a titanium base allowing for efficient and durable clamping.
